Proof of vaccinations

                                       Swimming should be safe and fun for all 

               Violations can result in you being asked to leave and forfeiture of fee

• Proof of current vaccinations (distemper/parvo for all ages, bordatella & rabies for dogs over 4 months old)  are required at 1st visit
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Children under 18 are not allowed in the pools.
• 3 dog limit per appointment (except pool parties)
• Max 2 adult humans per dog allowed  
• No human diving/jumping into any pool (dogs can dive/jump all they want). 
• Dogs MUST remain on leash and under control at all times in ALL AREAS except on pool deck 
• Dogs must enter/exit pools via the pool deck 
• For dogs with reactivity/aggression, owner must call before booking.
• No glass of any kind in the building 
• You are 100% responsible for your dog’s behavior (good and bad) 
• No pushing/tossing dog into pool or physical punishment. You will immediately be asked to leave and forfeit payment 
• Pools are not to be used as a 'bath' for dogs. If your dog is dirty/muddy we will ask you to use the rinse area. Please brush shedding dogs before coming to your session 
• Toilet dog in designated outdoor area before swim 
• Clean up any 'accidents' and notify staff 
• There is water so floors, ramps, decks can be wet.  Please exercise caution-no running in the facility
• Return toys, vests, floaties, towels to designated areas (it’s just a nice thing to do) 
• Be kind, considerate and courteous to all other humans & dogs in the facility (even the staff) 

Refund Policy 

• Appointments cancelled via email or text at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time are 100% refundable 
• Appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will not be refunded 
• Refunds are not provided if you fail to being vaccination records
• If you break any of the pool rules refunds are not provided
